He is a main chef at 'Continental', a French restaurant at Shilla Hotel. 
                   
Since 1998, Chef Yoon has coordinated French menus for numerous national and VIPs events held at Shilla Hotel. He has collaborated with various Michelin Star chefs from all over the world, creating modern and unique French cuisines. 
 
Shilla Hotel 'Continental' has invited star chefs including Thomas Keller, Maxime Meilleur, Christian Le Squer, and Pascal Barbot.
