Renato Bosco

 

Renato Bosco took the blade for the first time when he was 17 years old. He began to bake traditional styled round pizzas in northern Italy. He continued to study pizza dough and fermentation methods by varying capacities, materials, mixes, time temperature and environmental conditions. Thanks to his efforts of combining intensive research into dough with the meticulous sourcing of quality ingredients, we can now taste 7 different types of doughs in his restaurant. His goal is to bring innovation to the world of pizza.


He is currently running pizza restaurants throughout Italy. In 2013, Italian AliceTV offered him to participate in a TV program titled ‘PanPerFocaccia’. He is also a member of ‘Richemont Club’, ‘Chic Charming Italian Chefs’, and ‘Top Italian Chef’. Since 2015, Renato Bosco has been selected by the Italian government as one of the top 50 Italian Chefs.
