Jun-sik Yoon

 

Chef Junsik Yoon leads the culinary team at The Shilla Seoul’s fine-dining French restaurant, Continental.

 

Since joining The Shilla Seoul in 1998, Chef Yoon has been dedicated to creating quality dining experiences executed through unique and modern French cuisine. Chef Yoon is credited for designing impeccable French menus and completing them with the highest quality ingredients for several Heads of State and VIP events.  

 

As Head Chef, he has led the culinary team at Continental in various collaborated events, hosting world renowned Chefs such as Michelin 3-Star Thomas Keller, Rene & Maxime Meilleur, Christian Le Squer, and Pascal Barbot.
