Just like the meaning “your home”, Votre Maison is full of warm welcoming French dishes. Chef Park Min-jae’s philosophy of making food for the family can be felt all over the restaurant. Every part of the restaurant, from the cozy ambience to the J.L. Coquet French dishware, is embroidered with the unique sentiment of Votre Maison. 

 

 

Chef Park Min-jae has been devoting himself to the culinary industry at his own pace. After studying in Le Cordon Bleu France, he has accumulated various experiences working in the kitchen of world-renowned chefs such as Pierre Gagnaire and Joël Robuchon. Each lunch and dinner consists of two courses, filled with Foie gras, truffle, caviar and lamb ribs. It is said that it embodies the flavor of French contemporary by carefully utilizing seasonal ingredients. In 2017, Park earned his one star in Michelin as the main chef of Votre Maison.
