"Muoki," which opened in 2017, is considered one of the most sophisticated contemporary French restaurants among Korean gourmets. It presents food that paid homage to traditional French dining in a creative manner. 

 

Park Moo-hyun, a boy who dreamed of becoming a chef, began training at Michelin star restaurants in the U.S., U.K and Australia for 10 years. He started as a personal cook for the commander of the R.O.K Armed Forces in Iraq. After serving as sous-chef of South Africa's top contemporary restaurant ‘The Test Kitchen’, he opened ‘Muoki’ in an alley of Cheongdam-dong. 

 

His signature menu ‘Tomato’ is an example of his trendiness. Through various ways of cooking, the taste, aroma, and texture of tomatoes are reborn on the plate to be served.
