Chef Frédéric Eyrier ,a pupil of Pierre Gagnaire known as Picasso of the culinary world, began cooking at the age of 14. He shows the essence of the classic French fine-dining. His consistent passion for cooking sublimates every process of making and enjoying food into art. Completed with creative and delicate touch, the authentic French quizin captivates gourmet tastes. Frédéric Eyrier opened the Pierre Gagnaire Seoul branch in 2008, bringing in the taste, menu, uniform, tableware and interior of the French headquarters.
