​Expanding the spectrum of Korean food

 

 

Chef Kim Jung-mook, who combines youth and creativity​, left Cheongdam-dong last year and became the new head chef of the one-star Michelin restaurant 'Myomi', which was newly established in Anguk.

Presenting concise yet experimental Korean food, he proposes new Korean cuisine using existing ingredients, rather than the implementation of traditional Korean food. His cuisine, which contains Korean food in an original recipe and form, provides a taste experience that has never been experienced by Koreans. In the sense that he also designs and uses the bowls that serve the dishes according to their purpose and shape, we can see his delicacy in trying to convey a holistic sense through the space called 'Myomi'. 'Myomi' is a special Korean fine-dining restaurant that offers familiar food in a different way.
