Chef Allen Suh is an artist who embodies Haute Cuisine(a French high-end dish derived from court culture) using Korean seasonal ingredients. Through his hands, the most Korean-style ingredients act as milestones that make you feel the essence of new French cuisine. Chef Allen Suh has experienced several Michelin restaurants overseas and served as a sous chef at New York's fine dining restaurant "EMP" which is famous for its three Michelin stars. Currently, he is working as an owner chef of the fine dining restaurant Allen.
