Levan Kobiashvili

Levan Kobiashvili is one of the founders and the president of the Georgian Culinary Associations, andone of the specialist of Molecular Gastronomy in Georgia. 

Since 2015, He has been working on opening process of restaurant ‘’Barbare’’, giving consultation while selecting personnel, conduct cuisine management,  food arrangement, give trainings for a staff. Also since 2013, he has been working at Culinary academy of Georgian agrarian university as a lecturer of Georgian and World cuisine. Currently, he is also working at the international professional education center ‘’Ikarosi’’ as a lecturer of Georgian and world cuisine.
