Tim Raue

Tim Rauehas been a culinary darling for years. He earned his first Michelin star at age 33 at his Swissôtel Berlin 44. In 2007, he was crowned Chef of the Year Gault Millau. Since 2012, Tim Raue the restaurant has earned two Michelin stars.

Rauehighlight has been the recognition of the first Michelin star in 2007 as well as being recognized in Gault Millau with 18 points and being named "chef of the year" by Gault Millau in 2007. From 2008 to 2010, TIM RAUE was Culinary Director of Adlon Holding GmbH and only five months after the opening of the restaurant MA Tim Raue he was awarded with one Michelin star and 18 points in Gault Millau . In November 2009, Tim Raue was nominated for a possible second Michelin star. Since July 2010, Tim Raue has been self-employed together with his wife Marie-Anne. Only two months after the opening of his own restaurant, he was awarded with one Michelin star and in November 2011 he got 19 points in Gault Millau. In November 2012, the restaurant was awarded with two Michelin stars. On top of that, Restaurant Tim Raue was awarded number 52 on the renowned „The Worlds 50 Best Restaurants“ list, sponsored by San Pellegrino and Acqua Panna. In April and May 2013, restaurants Sra Bua by Tim Raue at legendary Kempinski Hotel Adlon as well as La Soupe Populaire timraue at Bötzow Berlin opened, two projects which have been created by Tim Raue as a culinary consultant. STUDIO timraue, which opened in January 2015 at Factory Berlin – a modern start up campus – as well as Brasserie Colette Tim Raue in Munich, which was opened in December 2015, are two additional restaurant concepts which bear the name Tim Raue and have been created by the famous chef. In 2016, two new restaurant concepts are planned to open in Dubai – another one is set to open on a German cruise ship in summer. More projects around the globe are about to follow.
