Alberto Lee is Executive Chef of Westin Chosun Seoul Hotel. He worked for Westin Chosun team since 1992, opening Korea's first italian restaurant Yesterday. Keeping up with culinary trends, Alberto opened casual italian restaurant Vecchia e nuovo and Bistro restaurant Gramercy Kitchen in Seoul.
Alberto serves a pleasant contemporary Italian cuisine with Korean touch in a semi-fine dining setting. He's secret recipe lies in its local, and, most importantly, seasonal ingredients.
