A European by blood and in his soul, his approach to cooking is of his
generation (born in 1975), multicultural, food-loving and generous. It revolves
around the concepts of sustainability, dialogue and sharing.
Bon Bon, his restaurant, based in Brussels is about boundless exploration. His
lastest project called « Heritage » is an introspection of the traditional Brussels
cuisine brought into a brand new reality.
His common thread is spontaneity, the explosiveness of the moment, the product,
the combination of flavours, the freshness.
Bon Bon is a place where the food-loving visitor is a participant in their
experience in full complicity with the Chef. As at Bon Bon, you dine with a
view into the kitchen where Christophe, as the conductor, plays every day
hidden behind the façade of a beautiful Brussels house that you would hardly
suspect to be a restaurant.
And yet, behind its walls, you will discover a special eating experience that has
been given two Michelin stars and a score of 19.5/20 by Gault&Millau.
