Traditional Korean Cuisine Cooking Show from 'Eumsikdimibang'

Kwi-boon Cho, the successor of Eumsikdimibang is teaching students of Korea International Culinary Arts Highschool. Working at Eumsikdimibang​, Ms.Cho is inheriting recipes and dining cultures of Korean noble families. At this year's event, Ms.Cho will be visiting school, introducing and performing noble cuisine recipes. All those efforts of researching traditional recipes, for those to not be forgotten​, are priceless and will foster spirits of Korean cuisine cultures to students who are about to become worldly famous chefs in the future.
