Nakamura, Michelin 3 starred chef Motokazu Nakamura presents 
a type of aristocratic kaiseki cuisine with subtle flavours of local and seasonal ingredients. 

Each course is a piece of edible artwork, and employs cooking techniques 
that amplify the true essence of each ingredient.
